It's time for the 2010 Farm Show. We will all gather on Friday for the rabbit show and then take turns helping out throughout the week to interact with the public. Brush up on your rabbit facts and bring along your smile. It is surprising how little most people know about rabbits. The questions we get are very basic and it is important to give a serious answer with a smile. Be ready for these questions:
What is this rabbit's name? (If you don't know, it's just easier to make up a logical name)
What kind of rabbit is this? (Know your breeds)
How long to rabbits live? (5-7 years but some can live much longer)
How can you tell if it's a girl or a boy? (show them)
Can a rabbit live outside or do they have to live in the house? (Either is fine but you have to have the proper equipment)
Where can I get a _____ rabbit? (There is a directory of breeders for various breeds on the table)
